Pre & Post Conference Tour

Day 1 — Arrival & Magic

Arrival at Nevşehir or Kayseri Airport. Private transfer to a luxury cave hotel. Sunset drinks overlooking the Red Valley.

Day 2 — Balloons & History

Early morning hot air balloon flight over Cappadocia. Guided visits to Göreme Open Air Museum and Kaymaklı Underground City, followed by a pottery workshop in Avanos.

Day 3 — Return to Istanbul

Visit Uçhisar Castle for panoramic views before the morning flight to Istanbul. For the pre-conference option, arrival at Lazzoni Hotel is planned by approximately 12:30 PM.

Day 1 — Aegean Charm

Afternoon arrival at Izmir Airport and private transfer to Selçuk. Evening visit to Şirince village with a traditional wine tasting dinner.

Day 2 — Walk Through History

Full-day private guided tour of Ephesus Ancient City, the Terrace Houses and the House of the Virgin Mary.

Day 3 — Legacy & Return

Visit the Temple of Artemis and the Basilica of St. John before the morning flight to Istanbul. For the pre-conference option, arrival at Lazzoni Hotel is planned by approximately 12:30 PM.

Reservation, Minimum Participation & Cancellation Terms

Please review the booking conditions before reserving your preferred tour.

Pre-Payment

A 25% pre-payment is required to confirm each reservation. The remaining balance will be collected according to the final booking confirmation shared by the conference travel team.

Minimum Participation

  • Cappadocia and Ephesus tours: minimum 40 participants required.
  • Istanbul city tours: minimum 20 participants required.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a refund, excluding bank or transaction fees.
  • For cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour date, the 25% pre-payment is non-refundable.
  • For cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour date, late cancellation and supplier charges may apply.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
